I received Good Night, Mr. Tom by Michelle Magorian, shown here with one of my spider plants and ferns. It's one of the titles on my classics list so I will get to that in the next few months for sure. Perhaps I'll watch the movie afterwards.

I went on vacation to Canada for a week and when I got back home I was unable to access my blog, so I was unable to post for Mailbox Monday today. I'm having someone work on it to see what they can do. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

DeleteI am curious about the Hippy Trail ... as we have sometimes watched his travel show over the years. And I don't know the classic novel so I'll be curious to hear more about that.
ReplyDeleteSusan, the Hippie Trail is good but a trip I wouldn't want, even in my youth. It was also appealing because my husband and I (now ex) traveled around Europe until our mney ran out and the adventure of this book appeals. We last a year and half!
